Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 business days after payment. The Express shipping service will take 5-7 working days for mail items to reach you (subject to flight availability and progress of customs clearance, aviation security check, etc). Mail items will be treated as priority mail in the destinations, speeding up mail processing.

Customs or import duties is paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot provide an estimate. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.

Costs of size exchange/return are paid by the recipient of the parcel.

If you are not happy with your OuterSpace purchase for any reason, we will be happy to accept an exchange. We do not accept returns at this time. You may return your purchase within 30 days of your original order and receive store credits at the equivalent value. Items being returned must be in their original condition with tag. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges involved. Email us at 2017outserspace@gmail.com to proceed the exchange.
